Unique Mopar-accessorized SRT Viper GTS In Yet-to-be Named Blue On Display At SEMA – Nov 05, 2013– Las Vegas, USA (Techreleased) – An SRT Viper GTS in the yet-to-be-named blue hue that is part of the Viper Color Contest, and features Mopar_® accessories is on-display this week at the SEMA show in Las Vegas. The Viper is part of the widely popular Mopar Garage at the four-day industry tradeshow.

“Customers have been asking for a brighter blue,” said Mark Trostle, Head of SRT, Mopar and Motorsports Design. “This is a very vivid blue that is really intense in the sunlight and just looks great. Last year we showed a Mopar-accessorized Yellow Viper at SEMA and this year we wanted to continue the theme of bright colors that are available on the Viper.”

Among the exterior accoutrements on the Viper is a Mopar carbon fiber X-brace that provides strength and functional stiffness, and enables a 50-percent weight savings over the stock X-brace. A silver Stryker logo provides a harmony between the X-brace and the valve covers, which have exposed carbon fiber and a brushed aluminum finish with an SRT decal.

Inside, a Mopar stainless-steel pedal kit with rubber grip inserts provides ample grip with added style. A Mopar carbon fiber satchel sits between the driver and passenger seat to provide extra storage. Aluminum doorsill scuff plates from Mopar complete the additional interior equipment.

“The Viper always gathers a ton of attention at a place like SEMA,” said Trostle. “Being on display in the Mopar Garage, it fits in very well. Having Mopar parts and accessories for the Viper just makes sense.”

The 2013 SEMA show runs from Tuesday, November 5, until Friday, November 8, in Las Vegas.
