Bombardier To Feature Two High Performance Business Jets At CBAA
June 07, 2012 – Montreal, Germany (Techreleased) – Leading business jet manufacturer Bombardier will showcase its Challenger 300 and Global 5000 jets at the upcoming Canadian Business Aviation Association (CBAA) Convention, Trade Show and Static Display in Toronto, Ontario, on June 13 & 14, 2012.

Bombardier is the market leader in Canada with its Learjet, Challenger and Global business jets, making up approximately 40 per cent of the overall installed base. In the extra-large aircraft segment, which includes the Global 5000 jet, Bombardier has a 50 per cent market share while the Challenger 300 aircraft, leads with a market share of over 40 per cent in the super midsize jet segment.
Aircraft on Static Display:
Challenger 300 business jet: This first true super-midsize jet offers transcontinental range and superior long-range cruise speed, with eight passengers. It can fly Toronto-Dublin non-stop with a full payload, and its superior airfield performance allows it to operate out of 5,000-foot (1,524 m) runways with ease*. Global 5000 business jet: This jet combines superior transatlantic speed with the largest cabin in the extra-large segment. The aircraft can connect Toronto-Istanbul non-stop with eight passengers*. New Global 5000 aircraft feature the Vision Flight Deck, state-of-the-art high-speed Internet connectivity and unmatched entertainment options as standard equipment, including a heads-up flight display system with the largest field-of-view of any business aircraft.
