Posted On March 2, 2017Grace Digital Unveils The Mondo+ (Plus): The World’s First Internet Radio With Chromecast Built-in – March 02, 2017– San Diego, California (Techreleased) – Grace Digital Inc., the leading manufacturer of award-winning Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, portable and home audio systems, unveils the world’s first internet radio with Chromecast built-in for audio. Incorporating technology provided by Google, the Mondo + (plus) supports all of the Chromecast audio services, along with on-board internet radio services. You can even control the audio streaming onto a Mondo + via a Google Home device.
With Chromecast built in, you can stream music/tunes/podcasts/playlists to the Mondo+ from more than 100 music apps by simply tapping the Cast button on your favorite Chromecast-enabled apps on your phone, tablet or laptop. There is a wide range of supported apps including Pandora, Spotify, Slacker radio, Google Play Music, iHeartRadio, NPR, and Tunein, to name just a few. The multi-room audio feature allows users to group one or more Mondo+ radios with any Chromecast built-in audio device, and stream to one or all devices simultaneously. People who own Google Home devices can even control Chromecast-enabled apps to play, pause, and skip on their Mondo+ using the voice command “Ok Google” from the comfort of their couch. Along with an easy-to-read 3.5-inch color display – showcasing playlists, stations and album art – the Mondo+ serves its users with luxury and convenience.
The Mondo+, being no exception to the high-end audio line-up in all Grace Digital products, features MaxxAudio technology from Waves Inc. and a high-powered class D digital amplifier for room-filling sound. Equipped with a multi-functional USB port, the Mondo+ serves as a power bank for smart devices, or as an UPnP media player to listen to your saved audio files. Integrating Bluetooth 4.1 to function as a standard in-home speaker, the Mondo+ is anything but standard.
The Grace Digital Mondo+ will be $199 and is available for pre-order now for as little as $149 on Kickstarter. The Mondo+ will begin shipping to backers April 2017.
