Posted On September 30, 2013Mopar at the 17th edition of ‘Jeep-Heep-Heep’ – Sep 30, 2013– Turin, Italy (Techreleased) – Off-road passion knows no boundaries, just like Mopar, when it comes to maximising the performance of a car and enhancing its looks. For this reason, Mopar is dedicating a Jeep® Wrangler Rubicon equipped with the best specific off-road accessories to 4WD enthusiasts.
The ideal opportunity for Mopar to present the ‘Moparized’ Wrangler is the 17th edition of ‘Jeep-Heep-Heep’, the yearly event staged at Crans-Montana (Switzerland) which from September 28 to 29 will bring together 250 crews from five different countries – Italy, France, Austria, Switzerland and Germany. Organised for the first time in 1997, the event has grown over the years in terms of number of participants and audience and is today the third most important Jeep meeting in Europe.
The event includes off-road tracks with various degrees of difficulty, skill tests, current model showcases and sales stands, in addition to games and activities for children. A great off-road party on board Jeep models which wouldn’t be complete without Mopar – the Parts, Service and Customer Care Division of Fiat-Chrysler – which takes this opportunity to show off its worldwide presence in the world of customisation and personalisation to fans of the American brand.
Mopar will be setting up an area dedicated to a two-door Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon – the most off-road oriented model of the Jeep range – equipped with a Mopar accessory kit making it unique and distinctive. The many installed products include a new ‘Light Bar’ around the windscreen. Available in two configurations (with two or four lights), the ‘Light Bar’ can be fitted on all Wrangler models (two and four doors) from 2007 onwards. The Rubicon will also be sporting a genuine off-road show car outfit among which the eye-catchers are the lift kit, the oversized tyres and the reinforced bumpers with built-in winch (on the front).
