TM Count 1x24V technology module for distributed Simatic ET 200SP I/Os – Nov 26, 2013– Nuremberg, Germany (Techreleased) – Siemens Industry Automation division is expanding your compact and scalable distributed Simatic ET 200SP I/Os with two technology modules for measuring, counting, and position acquisition.
TM Count 1x24V technology module
The new TM Count 1x24V technology module for 24-volt input signals is a universally deployable counter module for counting and measuring tasks and for position acquisition with incremental encoders. With measuring functions for speed and frequency and signal acquisition of up to 200 kilohertz, the new module is also suitable for challenging tasks, such as the packaging, foodstuff, or paper industry. The new ET 200SP TM PosInput 1 technology module is additionally capable of position acquisition with SSI absolute encoders. The module is designed for difference signals according to RS-422 and processes signals up to 1 megahertz.
