Posted On November 21, 2012Nov 21, 2012– Klaipėda, Italy (Techreleased) – Western Baltija Shipbuilding has delivered a hull of fishing trawler “ROGNE” to the Danish company “Karstensens Skibsværft A/S”.
Length of the trawler hull is 69.9 m, breadth – 14.2 m, draught – 4.9 m, speed – 16.5 knots, maximum number of crew – 12 people. This vessel is analogous to another fishing trawler hull „CATTLEYA“ which was deliverd on August.
The new vessel was equipped with pipeline, cable routes, main equipment and machinery. Western Baltija Shipbuilding has mounted a complex of shaft-propeller on the fishing trawler. Weight of the hull is1080 tons. Classification company ″Det Norske Veritas″ supervised the building of the hull. The vessel was awarded with a class +1A1 Ice C.
